Warranty and Returns
WARRANTY / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE To return any defective or damaged products please contact your sales representative directly. Please provide a list of products and the reason for the return. Provide the original invoice number on which the product was sold to you if available. In addition, please provide pictures of the damaged product prior to return. Compensation for merchandise will be credited to the customer’s account. No cash refunds. This does not apply to shipping damage.
WARRANTY All products are 100% quality guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from date of wholesale purchase. Warranty does not apply to: Shipping damage, either concealed or visible. Claims must be file. with applicable carrier. Shipping damage must also be noted and reported to the freight carrier upon receipt of merchandise. Goods that have been modified, alte ed, or changed packaging. Goods that have had identification labels emoved or altered. Goods that have been subjected to improper maintenance, storage, abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, or accident. Goods that have exceeded the warranty period - (1) year from date of purchase. These warranties give special legal rights and are subject to any applicable consumer protection legislation. Additional rights, which may vary according to local jurisdiction, may also apply. No other warranties, expressed, implied or written, shall apply to these goods. No responsibility will be accepted for any consequential or incidental damages, loss of property, revenues or profit,cost of disposal, personal damage or loss of life, or for any breach of warranty, regardless of cause.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS (NON-MOVING STOCK, ETC) At our discretion, we may accept returned products that are new, unused, and in sellable condition. Returned products will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee to cover administrative costs, labor, replacement packaging, etc. Products must be in their original packaging. COD shipments of returned goods will not be accepted. All products must be properly packed and shipped prepaid. RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of packaging and a copy of the RMA letter must be included. A copy of the original Bill of Sale to verify purchase date must be included. If merchandise is received in condition other than described above or if it is damaged in shipment, no credit will be issued. Returned items must be a current product and less than one year since purchase. The return of any special, non- stock, obsolete, or non-sellable merchandise will not be accepted. Compensation for returned merchandise will be credited to the customer’s account. No cash refunds.
